Biblical Truths — What Jesus Christ did for you
God came down to earth as the Word, Jesus Christ, and He became fully man, while still being fully God. Jesus, the Son of God, lived a sinless life and then died for your sins. He was the sacrificial Lamb without blemish who took your place on the cross (you and I were the ones who deserved to die for our sins in this way). Jesus paid the price in full, once for all and God’s holiness was satisfied. Jesus was raised on the third day and now sits at the right hand of the Father and makes intersession for those who believe in Him as their Lord, those who have everlasting life, and God’s gives believers a Helper, the Holy Spirit.
John 1:1-4 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of men.
Hebrews 2:9 [ Jesus Briefly Humbled ] But we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.
John 1:14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.
2 Corinthians 5:21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
John 1:29 The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
John 3:16 " For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (King James).
1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;
Colossians 2:13-14 13 When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, 14 having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Acts 5:30 " The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you had put to death by hanging Him on a cross.
Hebrews 12:2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
1 John 2:1 My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous;
John 14:16 "I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;
If you’re not saved, Come to Jesus! |

Romans 8:38-39 38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
