Jesus prepares us a place (below underline is mine)

 

John 14:3: "If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

 

This is Jesus preparing a place for us in heaven. What a place that will be. 1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him (King James). Here God has things prepared for them that love Him. God has prepared in heaven and Jesus goes to prepare in heaven. It is hard to understand the Trinity. No, it’s impossible for us now.

 

Jesus was exalted above the heavens: Hebrews 7: 26 For it was fitting for us to have such a high priest, holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners and exalted above the heavens;

 

And, He is over all creation:

 

Colossians 1:15-17 15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

 

God made the promised land on earth. Jesus is over all things. As Christians, we can say that God prepares us a place on earth, as God did for His chosen people or that Jesus does. How ever it’s done, it is done. I know first-hand that God prepares my way before I walk and that He prepares places here on earth for me. I know what I know and I love God and thank Him in all His fullness for all His blessings.

 

Lastly, remember God tests you and also Mark 10:30 but that he will receive a hundred times as much now in the present age, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and farms, along with persecutions; and in the age to come, eternal life. (underline is mine). God gives to you on earth.
