Time

 

When I write I use other pages and delete the previous words and then put my new words down and save the page with another name. I save it as another name as soon as I have a good title: the one I think God wants the page to be. I also, usually, use pages that fit the previous writing. For example this page was called blessed to have a good God, so I thought this new page would go good on that page.

 

I was watching a video on YouTube and heard this person say how she and her associates were friends first and how that was such a good thing for her. I think so too. God gives us the opportunity to really get to know some people and that is a blessing. I remember Adrian Rogers say how you really only have a couple to a few real good friends in your life. How you may know a lot of good people but how you are only really close to just a few.

 

I have to receive a lot of blessings from God before I can accomplish what He has promised. I would be foolish to attempt it right now. So, to make progress in that matter I have to progress in the things that make that foundation. I just would not feel like I could succeed (even though I know I already have succeeded) starting too soon. It’s like the man who did not calculate the cost in the Bible before he started building (Luke 14:28-30). It’s not a lack of faith to grab a hammer to make a house. I need to get my ducks in a row for this adventure, while I pray. I also have got to go easier on people. This new future will help me with that.

 

I will try and take a step back and kind of take all of this in. I believe God and know definitively what He told me. He made it clear to me so I know everything will be more than fine. More than anything, I just need to let God open doors for me along this path (not forgetting Job 22:28). Okay, God, thanks for the knowledge of what this will take.

 

I know it’s only a mater of time. I don't want to make problems by being impatient but it has been years so far. But, I know the appointed time has come and I am so thankful to God for that. Just a little while longer.
